It has been a bit since I updated this blog, but I intend to be more consistent this month: Today I would like to focus on the importance of Life change through Mind change. Don't get me wrong, this sounds like some strange platitude or motivational speaker. Although these motifs have been used throughout those things, I would like to take the idea and centralize it through the lens of Scripture. Now Scripture has been given to use as a tool to understand who God is, who we are, and what are our purpose is. Anxiety and Christ The word "anxiety" has been thrown around these days a lot more than it has in the past several decades.
